Throughout my three years at university, I’ve had the opportunity to work on meaningful academic and professional projects that have shaped the way I understand data, strategy, and business.

Internship: DiDi Mexico

September 2024 - January 2025

During my  CX Intelligence internship at DiDi Mexico, I worked on operations and data-driven projects that aimed to improve service efficiency and business performance. I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team, developed dashboards, and supported key strategic decisions with relevant data insights.

Study Abroad: University of San Diego

Spring 2025

During my semester abroad at the University of San Diego, I took marketing-focused courses at the Knauss Center for Business Education. This experience gave me the opportunity to explore marketing strategy from an international perspective, deepen my understanding of global consumer behavior, and strengthen my analytical thinking in a new academic environment. Studying abroad not only expanded my knowledge, but also helped me grow personally by learning how to adapt, collaborate, and communicate across cultures.

Mazda Challenge – Winning Project

October 2024 - December 2025

Representing Tec de Monterrey Campus State of Mexico, I participated in the national Mazda Data Challenge, where my team and I developed a predictive model to improve dealer performance. We designed CRM-integrated dashboards and strategic recommendations, earning first place among all participants.

McCormick Retail Analytics Project

February 2024 - March 2024

As part of a business analytics project, I collaborated with McCormick to analyze retail performance using Power BI. We identified improvement areas in product visibility and developed KPIs that supported decision-making across key sales channels.
